Let's get serious for a moment: I'm stumped on this one
I’m a transgendered person that’s biologically male, and I would like to potentially transition one day, but I don’t want to transition to presenting as female. I’m genderqueer, and I would like my outer gender to reflect my inner gender. I want to have both a male penis and female breasts. This has been a desire of mine for some time (though I realize it may never happen because I’m chickenshit and society sucks), but I have a problem: What is the proper, politically correct, non-offensive term for someone who has surgery to have both a penis and breasts? “Shemale” seems to be the closest I can find, but this term is obviously problematic and offensive to most people in the transgender community. Thoughts?
